Because of seasonal availability, weather, and market conditions, we sometimes have to make adjustments to our arrangements. While our photos represent the overall theme and style of your selection, some elements—like a one-of-a-kind vase or a specific stem—cannot always be exactly replicated.

Equal or Better Value: We will only ever substitute items of equal or higher value than your original selection.
Must-Have Elements: If a specific flower or design element is absolutely essential to your order, please let us know in the florist instructions at checkout or call us directly before ordering so we can guarantee its availability.
We want you (and your lucky recipient!) to absolutely love your flowers. If your arrangement doesn't meet your expectations, we want to make it right.
Our Happiness Guarantee: If you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly swap out the arrangement for a new one, or issue a full refund upon pickup or the return of the original product to our shop.
Refund Processing: When a refund is approved, we process it immediately. Please allow 5–10 business days for the credit to appear on your financial statement, depending on your bank.
