Always a great experience. I live in Maine but my daughter lives in Mt Juliet so I find Moss does a great job on my order and delivery. Because of seasonal availability, weather, and market conditions, we sometimes have to make adjustments to our arrangements. While our photos represent the overall theme and style of your selection, some elements—like a one-of-a-kind vase or a specific stem—cannot always be exactly replicated.
If we do need to make a substitution, here is our promise to you:
The "Vibe" Remains: We will ensure the style, color scheme, and overall theme of your arrangement are beautifully preserved.
Equal or Better Value: We will only ever substitute items of equal or higher value than your original selection.
Must-Have Elements: If a specific flower or design element is absolutely essential to your order, please let us know in the florist instructions at checkout or call us directly before ordering so we can guarantee its availability.
We want you (and your lucky recipient!) to absolutely love your flowers. If your arrangement doesn't meet your expectations, we want to make it right.
