This plant is for Eagle Creek Real Estate, started by my son in laws brother, Joey Carpenter, who is a wonderful role model for my grandsons. I am so proud of him and his friend as they start this endeavor. This plant did not disappoint. They were so happy with it and I appreciate that. I had been using another florist for over 10 years and my last order the plant was covered in deadly plant pests. My friend asked them to come pick it up. They argued with her but agreed. And it was replaced with a lesser cost plant. I wouldn’t have even know if my friend hadn’t told me. No call from that florist. An argument ensued when I called them. No refund for the difference in charge. That isn’t customer service. Moss couldn’t deliver on Saturday and I received no fewer than 4 phone calls trying to recoordinate the delivery. I am beyond happy with the plant, the service, and the on line order experience. Hopefully they will be my florist for life!
