I wanted to send something to a customer in Tennessee who had lost her husband recently. We are in MIchigan. I googled flower shops in her area and Moss was one of the choices. I went on their website and found a beautiful plant & scented candle for her office. It was delivered the same day! Price was great. Our customer was so appreciative and sent us a picture of the plant. It looks exactly like what I ordered. She also loved the candle. What a great find, thank you!

I was out of town and couldn’t make it to the funeral. The only choices for delivery was Saturday or Monday (day of the funeral) the only other visitation day was Sunday (not a choice online) Moss Flower shop contacted me to ask if Saturday delivery was fine because they could have it there that day. Since I ordered it Friday night I was very happy they were able to accommodate! Excellent customer service!
