This is the 2nd year in a row I have ordered flowers for my sister from across the country to be delivered in TN from Moss’. So far I have had the easiest experience ordering flowers to be delivered and both times, even months apart, I’ve had no issues and the flowers are absolutely gorgeous! Equal or Better Value: We will only ever substitute items of equal or higher value than your original selection.
