You will be billed 5 days before your delivery or pickup date. The day of the week or month will be determined by the date you select for your first order during the checkout process. This chosen date will establish a regular schedule for all future deliveries or pickups.

All payments must be made in advance of delivery. 3. Modifications: To make changes to your subscription, including pausing or canceling, please call our shop directly at 615-758-5972. 4. Cancellations: Cancel your subscription anytime by calling our shop at 615-758-5972. Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the next scheduled delivery to avoid charges. 5. Delivery: We deliver your flowers as per the subscription schedule. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. Holidays and weekends may impact schedule. Please call our shop if you have questions on delivery at 615-758-5972. 6. Refunds: Refunds are not provided for deliveries already made. If unsatisfied with your delivery, contact us immediately, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
